1. Just had to say a big thanks to Sean from SPS for excellent work converting our loft.From the early stages of design where Sean gave us ideas we didn't think were possible !! every inch of space was used ,we now have two bedrooms with walk in wardrobes, two bathrooms ,and an office and plenty of storage ,couldn't recommend them highly enough

2. Just to say thank you for the patio you have just completed for us. Over 35sq metres and with double drop away from the house, very difficult. But you have made a great job and it looks brillant.

   The team was excellent, clear and good hard workers. It was also good to be able to share our thoughts at each stage and have some understandable and very helpful comments back.

   We would certainly recommend them to anybody as builders of a high standard who keep their word and deliver as promised.

3. Just wanted to say thank you to Sean, Julian, Mel and the boys for turning a nightmare into a dream- we know it is always harder to pick up the pieces of someone elses shoddy workmanship and we appreciate all your efforts in making our pool as lovely as it is today. Thank you Sean for always being at the end of a phone when needed.

   'The Beast' as we have named our new pool cleaner is quite amazing and I must say I have wasted hours just watching it do the most incrediable job with our large and deep pool. Phil is quite put-out by it as it has rendered him quite useless....what's new!

   Keep up the good work and best wishes to you all with your new venture.

4. The work that Sean and his team of professionals have undertaken in our home has been absolutely fantastic. They were always cheerful whilst working extremely hard. They were always flexible when we wanted changes to our original instructions. Most of our building work has been completed and very much to our satisfaction. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company and as and when we need any more work undertaken we will be contacting them again and again.

5. SPS have recently completed several jobs on my house. I found them to be totally reliable ~ turning up as promised and completing the works on time and to an excellent standard.. and all at a very competitive rate! A real pleasure to do business with!

   I would recommend them without hesitation!

   I have recently had a new pathway added to my garden and having had bad experiences with other builders before i was very wary of getting others in to do this, but I was pleasantly suprised how quick and helpful SPS were. and the path has turned out exactly how I wanted it.

   I would recommend SPS to any of my friends and family

7. SPS have recently completely refurbished my bungalow. They also added a kitchen extension and a new driveway, I looked around at different builders and finally settled on using SPS after 4 or 5 meetings.

   I found them to be reliable, they turned up on time and more importantly came in under our agreed budget.

   They were always contactactable and kept me completely informed about the works in progress.

   I would have no hesitation in using them again and also in recommending them to others.

8. I wanted a really special "mediaeval" herb and vegetable garden, but what I got was much, much more than I could ever have dreamed. The garden looks as though it has always been there, blending seamlessly into the farm yard with its combination of perfectly measured and laid shapes, patterns and mixtures of old and new materials. Problems encountered along the way, such as the laying of new drains, were dealt with expertly and professionally and the boys were always helpful and cheerful, working hard to get things finished on time. Everywhere possible, old materials were crushed and reused or recycled and there was almost no spoil. SPS also removed block paving and balustrades from the old farmhouse that were causing damp and loss of ventillation, and restored the property to its original listed condition. When the job was done, the site was cleared so that no trace of the huge earth moving task that had gone on before could be seen. I couldn't be happier with the results of everything that they've done, and recommend them very highly indeed. Best regards, Maureen.
